Hosting

This site is hosted by your hosting provider's name and location. Server log files (such as IP address, browser type, date and time of access) may be collected automatically by the hosting provider for security and stability purposes. See hosting provider's own privacy policy for details.

All fonts used on this site are self-hosted — they are served from this site's own server, not from Google Fonts or any other third party. No data about you is sent to a font provider when you visit this site.

Contact and booking forms

When you use one of this site's forms (booking a track date, scoping a project, or the beginner contact form), the following data is submitted:

This data is submitted directly to Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing service, which forwards it by email to the studio. Web3Forms acts as a data processor on our behalf. See Web3Forms' own privacy policy for how they handle submitted data.

This data is processed to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to prepare or perform a booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract). It is kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry, plus any period required by German commercial/tax retention law if a paid booking results from it.

Other embedded content

Video files, images and code on this site are served directly from this site's own server. This site does not embed third-party video players, maps, or social-media widgets that would otherwise track visitors.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — in Germany, this is typically the data protection authority of the state (Land) where the controller is based.
